Melatonin

Fantastic, wonderful melatonin.

It’s cheap and extremely effective. You can take it half an hour / 1 hour before going to bed. It’s sold everywhere: no need of prescription. When you wake up in the morning you won’t feel dizzy, because is naturally produced by our organism.

The problem is that our body produce it less and less as we age, so we must compensate. No wonder there are around so many people with sleeping problems. Trust me on this, I use it myself.

Women will be particularly happy when using melatonin, because it contributes to increase bone density, therefore fighting osteopenia, so frequent in postmenopausal stage.

My personal hint is to be aware of this supplement sold at high prices: the active ingredient is extremely cheap. There’s no need to look for a “presumed” better quality. There are no differencies in quality standards, whereas only the quantity contained in the product may vary.

The modest superfood: mushrooms

We live in a dangerous world. Period! Antibiotic-resistant bacteria are increasing, fungal infections are becoming more prevalent, so allergies and autoimmune diseases, etc. Add in toxins, heavy metals and environmental chemicals. We need a much stronger immune system compared to many years ago: our only effective weapon.

Mushrooms are very rich in beta-glucans, which stimulate macrophages, lymphocytes, T-cells and Natural Killer cells. They possess a particular affinity for immune cells: they not only boost but also modulate them. Training immune cells to respond appropriately to pathogens, toxins, cancerous cells.

Not enough?! They support cardiovascular health, reduce blood pressure, lower cholesterol, improve oxygenation, cognitive health, digestive wellness and much more….

Most important: they provide specific antioxidant support, neutralizing free radicals that damage DNA letting tumors to develop. And even more: they are natural detoxifiers, cleansing the body of accumulated waste, dead tissues, potential carcinogens, acting like “sponges” for toxic materials.

Hoping of giving useful hints.

The multibenefits of taurina

When supplements are cheap and effective: I'm happy for you!

We all have hibernating stem cells.

One way of activating them is the use of taurina, which levels decline with age.

It's a free amino acid vital for central nervous systems.

The most interesting use of it is stimulate new growth and connections of brain cells, obtaining age-decelerating effects.

It reveals improvements in cognition and memory.

Besides, it boosts cardiac function and reduces arterial stiffness. Taurin restores the ability to prevent and clean up chemical stresses after brain inflammation.

Hoping of posting a useful hint....
