What’s the daily deadly habit we need
to shed? Watching TV. Never exercising is responsible for twice as many
premature deaths as being obese. It’s not necessary to exercise for hours
daily: all you have to do is go for a 20 minute daily walk. That can ease some
of the deadly effects of being sedentary by 16 to 30 percent.
Just a small amount of physical
activity each day can have health benefits for totally inactive people.
Although 20 min. would make a difference, you should really be looking to do
more than that. It should be an important part of our life.
If we set ourselves to small
achievable changes in our daily activities and constantly apply to, significant
benefits may be easier to achieve and most importantly to maintain.
Bad habits die hard: stop
lollygagging around the house!
….Always humble,
Angiolino
