(Men) Cancer

(Women's cancer will follow as well)

We risk more than women: sorry, but it’s a fact, even if we think we’re stronger. And the only thing we can do about it is focusing on symptoms. This might be a little tedious…sorry again! So, watch out for these 10 golden rules in particular:

Difficulty swallowing combined with vomiting and losing weight.

Difficulty peeing: if it persists, it’s often an indication of prostate issues. Associated with urinary frequency, dribbling, problems with starting to pee, weak stream.

Your testicles have changed: heaviness, lumps, swelling, pain could also be present.

Blood in stool or urine: it could be an early sign of bladder, colon, or kidney cancer.

Breast changes: lumps, swelling, discharge from the nipple, inward nipple. Puckered, dimpled, or scaling of the nipple.

Moles or skin spots have changed: especially areas exposed to the sun. Changes in shape, color, size, are signs of skin cancer.

Persistent swollen lymph nodes: in your neck, groin, or swollen armpits. Only if lasting more than four weeks.

Patches in your mouth or your lips. Or a lump or thickening of the lining of your mouth.

Unexpectedly lost of weight without changing your diet and/or exercise habits.

Your heartburn is worsening: stop categorically living on antacids and change your diet insted. If there are no improvements see your doctor.

Ignoring cancer symptoms is pretending we’re invulnerable. Well, we aren’t!

…..Always humble (and be humble dealing with cancer, leave your pride at home),

Angiolino
